Lunchtime Hospitality

As enjoyable as it is to entertain in the evening, have a friend or two over for lunch can be just as much fun!  The atmosphere tends to be more casual and informal and it is a great way to try out interesting soups, sandwiches, salads, tarts, etc.  Entertaining at lunchtime can also be a way of trying out many smaller dishes and allowing your guests to have little tastes of multiple things.
