As soon as spring comes, I am constantly looking for refreshing and tasty beverages to drink during the day. This slushie is not only thirst-quenching but it contains wonderful mixture of fruit, vegetable, and herb. Highly satisfying!
This recipe is a non-alcoholic drink but could easily be made into a tasty cocktail by adding vodka –or up the lime quotient and add tequila to make a fun margarita!
Watermelon Cucumber Slushie — from Cinnamon Spice and Everything Nice
Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days until ready to use).
Add ice (and alcohol if desired) and blend until smooth and slushie. Serve immediately in fun glassware!

One of my co workers just received some terrible news…I sure could use of these about right now. Great job on the photography.
So sorry about the bad news, Laurie. Thanks for the compliment on the photography!
