    Boy, do I need tips for getting my act together for Thanksgiving. We are having the biggest crowd ever this year, and I’m trying to figure out how to manage.

    Great tips Kenley, my biggest obstacle every year is oven timing, having only one and it’s not super I have to time things and it is rarely seamless.

  5. My friends made fun of me for my super organized cooking schedule when hosting brunch…but it’s the only way to offer a bunch of different delicious goodies at the same time!

    When I catered, I always put post it notes in my serving platters!!! I had no idea anyone else did the same thing!!!

    I love this, even if you’re only putting up 1 or 2, taking extra steps to make sure they’re comfortable (and obviously well fed) will make guests feel so special
