It has been raining all week. Texas DESPERATELY needs the rain so it is a very good thing. And with the rain coming down, I think it is a perfect time for us to curl up on the couch and watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail! Just beware of the Knights that say “Ni”!

Another thing that I’m drawn to when the rain is coming down and I’m feeling all cozy inside…APPLES! Apple season is one of my favorite things about fall. And cooking with apples makes me all sorts of happy!
