Week in Review: Ice Cream, Corgi Music Video, and The Pixar Theory

The Inconceivables

I love this image.  It combines my love of two movies:  ‘The Incredibles’ and ‘The Princess Bride’.  Mentioning ‘The Incredibles’ leads me to a great article that I read this week by Jon Negroni called ‘The Pixar Theory‘.  It hypothesizes that all of the Pixar movies are connected and in fact exist within the same universe.  It’s a great and interesting read!

As we move along through July and Corgi month, I wanted to share a video from ‘The Pet Collective’ instead of an image this week.  I laughed so hard when I found this parodying Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe”.

With Suzanne entirely Kenley – you are the best! Love this post – a fabulous combination of Pixar, Princess Bride (in my top five favourites), ice cream and corgis. Of course they all go together!

  3. Love your ‘week in reviews’ – Many thanks for the mention 🙂

Wow! What a delightful array of delicious sounding and looking ice cream. I think my new “dream job” would be ice cream taster! 🙂

  6. What a treat to come here tonight. We just treated ourselves to a ma and pa ice cream shop and had sundaes…which is a rare treat for us to do. Don’t you just love summer???

  7. All those ice cream options! If I ate ice cream more often I would definitely invest in an ice cream maker and try all of them. What I’m really digging right now is granita…I’m calling it the broke girl’s ice cream. Example up on the Monday Anti-Cooking recipe!

  8. I want to try my hand at every single one of these. Besides your lovely Kahlua version, you’ve curated some fine bloggers’ recipes. Thank you!
