Cocktail Corner: Iced Irish Cream Coffee
We love coffee! It is a necessary part of starting our day. But it can also be fun to have later in the day as an adult beverage. As we enter into summer, iced coffee is a great and refreshing treat — especially paired with a little Irish Cream! You want to make sure to use good coffee so the liqueur doesn’t take over the drink so to speak. Regular or decaf will work.
Iced Irish Cream Coffee
- 1 pint good coffee, brewed and completely cooled
- 4 oz Irish Cream liqueur
- Ice
Combine coffee and Irish Cream, stir until well mixed.
Serve over ice.
Enjoy on the patio. 🙂

Oh man. I feel like this one was written just for me! I have been on an iced coffee kick lately…and would love to try this as a “night cap”…the perfect beverage for sipping while catching up on my Green Door Hospitality reading. (Sorry, I’ve fallen behind!)
