We love coffee! It is a necessary part of starting our day. But it can also be fun to have later in the day as an adult beverage. As we enter into summer, iced coffee is a great and refreshing treat — especially paired with a little Irish Cream! You want to make sure to use good coffee so the liqueur doesn’t take over the drink so to speak. Regular or decaf will work.
Iced Irish Cream Coffee
Combine coffee and Irish Cream, stir until well mixed.
Serve over ice.
Enjoy on the patio. 🙂
Coffee is delicious, but if we had it in the afternoon, we’d up all night! Definitely a treat for the weekends only lol
Yummo!!! That isn’t even a word but I don’t care.

coffee and ice: always love combining these 2!
another recipe to be forwarded to my daughter! 🙂
Oh man. I feel like this one was written just for me! I have been on an iced coffee kick lately…and would love to try this as a “night cap”…the perfect beverage for sipping while catching up on my Green Door Hospitality reading. (Sorry, I’ve fallen behind!)
I’ve heard about this, I’ve seen it, I know where to buy it but I’ve never tried it before. Lol! Now I can make my own. Thanks Kenley.
Well it is 8:00 am here….and boy could I use a shot of this right now♥

Must be a coffee kind of day 😉
Love this!
I know it would be great and my husband says he wants to make some. I’m not a coffee drinker but I think I might have to try some – I could like it too!
❤ baileys in everything!!!! I've never had it with iced coffee, so you've inspired me to try that!
You’re killin’ me here! I love Cocktail Corner!!!!
Oh man, after the week I’ve been having, I could so use one of these! Like Eileen said, Bailey’s in everything, always. Especially, now, iced coffee.
Iced coffee never goes amiss. I often have one in the evenings.
